There are two ways to check your membership subscription:
- Directly from your app
- Logging into the elemindtech.com website.
To check your membership subscription from the mobile app:
- Go to the Settings > Preferences > Account > Membership screen.
Your app will open web browser screen showing you your subscription information, which includes:
- Creation date of your subscription membership.
- Subscription status: active or inactive.
- Your membership price per billing cycle.
- Your billing schedule
- Your customer contact and billing information
- Your payment method on file
- This information can be changed by tapping on the “Edit” button.
- A “Cancel my subscription” button
Closing the browser takes you back into the mobile app.
To check your membership subscription from the website:
- Go to https://elemindtech.com.
- Login using your Elemind account email.
- Check your inbox for the Elemind Membership Portal Login email and click on the “View Membership” button.
You’ll be taken to a “Your Membership” page, which gives you information about your billing cycle, cost per billing period, membership status, and next billing attempt. Clicking on the “Click here to view membership” button will take you to a more detailed page which additionally shows you your next six (6) billing dates, as well as your contact, billing, and payment information.
