You’ll first want to unpair any existing headbands from your phone.
- Go to the Settings > Headband > Device Settings screen.
- Check to see if a headband is already paired to your phone.
- If you have a headband paired to your phone, tap on the “Unpair Headband” and confirm on the following pop-up screen.
- If no headband is currently paired, tap the “Pair Headband” button.
- Per the onscreen instructions, place your headband into Bluetooth Pairing Mode by pressing and holding the Action Button until you see a slowly pulsing blue LED light.
- Tap the “Pair My Headband” button.
- Under the “Searching for Headband” section, tap on your headband. Be sure the serial number matches the one printed on your headband.
- If asked, be sure to Allow Bluetooth Permissions.
Optional: If you don’t expect to reconnect the old headband back to your phone, you can remove that headband from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
For iOS:
- On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone.
- Locate your old Elemind headband (check the serial number) and tap the Info icon .
- Tap on “Forget This Device.”
For Android:
- On your phone, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
- Locate your old Elemind headband (check the serial number) in the “Paired Devices” section.
- Tap on the gear icon ⚙.
- Tap on the “Unpair” button.
