Additionally, please make sure your headband's firmware is up to date. To check your headband's firmware version, go to Settings - Headband.
The firmware update process can take up to 10 minutes, so please ensure you don't close the app during this time. In some cases, it might take a couple of attempts to complete successfully.
The app will display a "Firmware Updated Successfully" message once the process is finished. You can also usually confirm the update by navigating to the "Settings" section of the app, where you should see the latest firmware version listed.
