When will my order be delivered?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation from us, you should receive your Elemind product within 3-5 working days of shipping.
Please note that shipping times to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may vary and can take longer than standard delivery times.
Orders to the US and Canada ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, US.
Orders to the UK ship from our warehouse in Durham, UK.
Which countries does Elemind ship to?
Currently, we ship to the US, Canada and the UK, with plans to expand next year.
Can I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, please reach out to our Support Team at support@elemindtech.com and provide us with your order number and a new shipping address.
Please note: Address changes are only possible before your order has shipped.
Does Elemind offer expedited shipping?
We offer standard shipping for all orders. We primarily use USPS. However, FedEx expedited shipping is available at an additional cost to the customer.
