My daily sleep data has gaps or says “There’s not enough data to calculate this metric yet.” Why?
Your sleep data is calculated from the data collected from the sensors on the headband. Gaps in your data can occur when the headband loses contact with your skin. The most likely cause of these data gaps is from wearing your headband too loose. Try readjusting the fit so that it’s just a little bit tighter the next time. Don’t over do it - an overly tight headband can become very uncomfortable during the night.
Data gaps can also happen if your headband runs out of battery in the middle of a Sleep Session. You should get in the habit of charging your headband in the morning and checking the battery before you start a Sleep Session.
Can I revisit the Product Tour I took when I first set up my app?
Yes. The Product Tour can be found in the Settings > Support > Take the Product Tour screen. This is the same Product Tour you originally experienced when you first set up your app, less the Bluetooth Pairing and Firmware Updating steps.
